Terms of Service

1. Who we are

This website is run by Transmission Drum & Bass (“Transmission”, “we”, “us”), an event series based in Las Vegas, Nevada. By using this site, joining our mailing list, sending us photos or videos, or attending our events, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. No payments on this site

We don’t sell anything or take any payments through this website, and we will never ask you for card or bank details here. Merch shown on the site is for information only and is sold in person at our shows. Any purchase you make at a show is between you and us at the merch table.

3. Events

• Age: our events are for guests 21 and over. Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID. Venues and their security may refuse entry to anyone.
• Venue rules: each venue has its own rules and security policies, and they apply to you while you’re there.
• Changes: lineups, set times, venues and dates can change or be cancelled. We’ll post updates on this site and to our mailing list when we can.
• Conduct: respect the crew, the artists, the venue staff and each other. We and the venue may remove anyone whose behavior puts people at risk or makes the night worse for others.
• Photos and video: we photograph and film our events. By attending, you agree that you may appear in photos or footage we share to promote Transmission. If you’d like a photo of you taken down, contact us and we’ll remove it.
• Accessibility at shows: if you need an accommodation to attend one of our events, contact us before the show and we’ll work with the venue to help.

4. Tickets

Tickets are sold through third-party ticketing platforms linked from our event listings, not through this site. Your ticket purchase, including refunds, transfers and fees, is governed by that platform’s terms and the event’s refund policy. If an event is cancelled, we’ll work with the ticketing platform to arrange refunds.

5. Photos and videos you send us

When you submit photos or videos through the site, you confirm that you took them (or have the right to share them) and you give Transmission permission to post them on this site and our social channels to promote our events, with credit to the name or handle you gave us. You still own your work. We review every submission and may choose not to post it. If you change your mind later, contact us and we’ll take it down.

Please don’t send anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or anything that shows someone in a way they wouldn’t want shared.

6. Music, mixes and content

The mixes, tunes, artwork, photos, logos and other content on this site belong to Transmission or to the artists and creators who made them. You may listen and share links, but you may not download, copy, re-upload or sell that content without permission from whoever owns it. Some tracks play through SoundCloud or Mixcloud, and their own terms apply to that playback.

If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, contact us with the details and we’ll look into it promptly and remove it where appropriate.

7. Using the site

Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it at scale, get into the admin area, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access for anyone who does.

8. Mailing list

If you join our mailing list, we’ll send you news about shows, presales, merch and mixes, depending on what you chose. You can leave at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your details. We don’t sell or share them.

9. Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep event details accurate, but we don’t guarantee the site will always be available, error-free or up to date. To the fullest extent the law allows, Transmission is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under law that can’t be waived.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Clark County, Nevada, unless the law says otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
